Donations

The Open Font Library is not yet ready to take donations.

Part of the Roadmap is to use funding to support the Free Font Movement, so a way of collecting donations will need to be set up at some point.

The best thing will be to join the Software Freedom Law Center Conservancy as this provides additional benefits as well as the ability to take donations.

The Scribus team has been setting a similar non-profit organisation for receiving funds up, and may be able to provide a service or help and advice. The FSF might also he helpful. Until this is arranged, if you would like to make a donation, please donate to your favourite Free Software project or organisation.

Grants

Various grant programmes are run to promote the creation of Free Software:

• TUG Developer Fund
• UKFSN profits
• AFFS Grants,

• Purchasing the sourcecode to iKern and releasing it under the GPL
