What a good find...you should email the author to get him/her into the project and submitting other fonts. I'm sure there are a gazillion of public domain fonts out there. Also, it would be good to put the link to the original somewhere in the post of the file, I think...but not necessarily, just courtesy to the author.

Hey cool -- I'm glad somebody found Tuffy! Open Font Library is a great idea; it's definitely what I was missing when starting on Tuffy.
