This is my 3rd entry. I was thinking about the 'international' idea with this one. The text is too complex for my tastes but I think there's a good idea in there somewhere. If someone could come up with a clearer simplified look for the character portion go right ahead. I'm getting too frustrated with it. ;)

Cool...thix is a good approach. Yes, I think you have some great ideas and thanks for your submissions!
I like the globe, but yes, think the text should be much simpler.
Overall there should be less detail...please don't get too frustrated :) Hopefully you are having fuN :)
