Based on an image scanned from The Art of Illuminating As Practised in Europe from the Earliest Times by W. R. Symms, with an Essay and Instructions by M. D. Wyatt, Architect. London. Published April 2nd 1860 by Day and Son, Lithographers to the Queen.

Is the licence here acceptable? The copyright field of the font is "All rights reserved" and the read me asks for credit and modifications to be sent to the author. Other than that, it's a nice blackletter, but really needs an uppercase.

I'm the designer (or rather the digitiser) so if I say it's OK then it is OK.

My understanding was that for fonts to be uploaded here, they must be licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL) or similar license. See http://openfontlibrary.org/wiki/index.php/Submission_Guidelines and http://openfontlibrary.org/wiki/index.php/Font_Licensing
