This is a new release of the NotCourier-sans, with its bold.
The OSP frog, the "IJ","ij", numero and trademark ligatures are now encoded in the discretionary ligatures.
NotCourier-sans is a re-interpretation of Nimbus Mono and was designed in Wroclaw at the occasion of Linux Graphics Meeting (LGM 2008).

An interesting experiment. I think the serifs in a monospaced font serve a purpose. They widen glyphs that would otherwise not fill their space, as in the gap between the 'i' and the 'c' in 'the quick brown fox.' But not all glyphs need serifs; the 'm' is already too wide. I would rather see a monospaced font that has serifs where and only where they are needed.
